ご契約に際し、以下の内容のご確認をお願いいたします。

でんきマイページについて

ご登録メールアドレスへマイページのログインのID/パスワードをお送りいたしました。

※マイページのログインIDとパスワードが不明の場合は、でんきマイページのログイン画面下部にある「ID・パスワードを忘れた方はこちら」より、ご確認いただけます。

契約内容確認と支払方法変更について

マイページへログイン後、以下２点のご確認をお願いいたします。

A－1. 契約内容確認

ご契約住所、ご契約プランにお間違いないかご確認お願いいたします。

A－2. 支払方法変更

お支払い方法は、クレジットカードまたは口座振替のいずれかをお選びください。
なお、クレジットカード・口座振替をご利用の場合は手数料無料でございます。
詳細はお支払い方法についてをご参照ください。

※ご契約された時点ではコンビニ払いとなっております。コンビニ払いの場合は、【請求書発行手数料】として、毎月330円/１通がお客さま負担となります。

今後よりよい弊社サービスをご利用いただくにあたり、以下2点のご対応をお願いいたします。

B－1. Eメール受信に関するドメイン登録のお願い

毎月の電気ご使用量のお知らせやHTBエナジーからの大切なご案内がございます為、以下のドメインのメールを受信可能となるように設定をお願いいたします。
大切なご連絡などが届かないなどの状態を防ぐために、ご協力をお願いいたします。 下記3つのドメイン指定解除をお願いいたします。

※設定方法につきましては、ご利用いただいておりますメールアドレスの提供会社へご確認ください。

B－2. 新しいご住所で新規ご契約のお客さまへ

引越しなど新しいご住所で新規ご契約される場合、HTBエナジーから大切なご案内を郵送にてお送りさせていただく為、また、お客さまの郵便物が今後正しく届くよう、最寄りの郵便局へ「転居届」のご提出、表札の掲示などのご対応をお願いいたします。

About my page

We sent my page login ID and password to the registered email address.

Confirmation of contract contents/Change of payment method

After logging to the my page, please check the following two points.

A－1. Confirmation of contract contents

Please make sure that the application address and price plan are correct.

A－2. Change of payment method

Please choose either direct debit or credit card payment.
It is a convenience store payment at the time of contract. In the case of convenience store payment, you pay 330 yen(including tax)every month as【 bill issuance fee】.
In this case, we will charge you 330 an invoice for issuing it.

About the other procedures

To provide our customer with better service, please make sure the following two points.

B－1. Request for domain registration for email reception

To receive email such as monthly invoice and important information from us properly, please set up your email account with following domains available.
We ask for your cooperation in order to prevent conditions such as important communications not reaching.
Please deselect bellow 3 domain.

B－2. New customers at new address

In case of an application with a new address such as moving, please submit a moving -in notification to the nearest post office or display correspondence on your nameplate, so that your mail will be delivered correctly.
